This article provides the steps to disable the pop-up blocker in the following browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Please contact the IT Help Desk if you need assistance with disabling pop-up blockers in another browser.

Chrome
1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.
2. Click the three dots icon in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. On the left-hand side of the page, click on Privacy and security.
5. Click Site settings.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page under Content. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
7. Under Default behavior, select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
2. Click the three dots icon in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Select Settings.
4. On the left-hand side of the page, click on Privacy and security.
5. Click Site settings.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page under Content. Click Pop-ups and redirects.
7. Under Default behavior, select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
Edge
1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
2. Select the three dots icon in the upper right-hand corner and then choose Settings.
3. Click Privacy, search and services.
4. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and select Choose what to clear.
5. Move the Block pop-ups toggle to Off.
