This article provides the steps to disable the pop-up blocker in the following browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Please contact the IT Help Desk if you need assistance with disabling pop-up blockers in another browser.

Chrome
1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.
2. Click the three dots icon in the upper right-hand corner to the right of the address bar.
3. Select Settings.
4. On the left-hand side of the page, click on Privacy and security.
5. Select Site settings.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find and select the Pop-ups and redirects section.
7. Under Default behavior, select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.

Edge
1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
2. Select the three dots icon in the upper right-hand corner and then choose Settings.

3. Select Privacy, search and services.
4. Select Site permissions.

5. Select All permissions.


7. Move the Blocked (recommended) toggle to the left to turn off pop-ups. Button background will turn from blue to grey once successfully disabled.
8. Close the browser tab.
